Prince Harry and Meghan join Aboriginal walking tour in Melbourne

Britain's Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, joined a guided Aboriginal walking tour in Melbourne on Thursday (April 16), as the couple continued the third day of their visit to Australia.

The walk was led by local Indigenous guides from the Koorie Heritage Trust, beginning at Federation Square in Melbourne's city centre.

The couple is on a four-day trip to the country, with engagements covering sport, mental health and veterans' affairs.

They stepped down as working members of the British royal family and moved to the U.S. in 2020, citing a desire to be financially independent and to escape what they characterized as media intrusion into their private lives.
