Paraluman News is expanding, and we are looking for passionate, reliable, and creative individuals to grow with us. As we strengthen our newsroom and widen our reach, we hope to bring meaningful, timely, and responsible news to more communities across the country.

 

Apart from English, we are also working toward making news more accessible in Tagalog, Bisaya, Hiligaynon, and Ilokano, allowing us to better serve readers from different regions and linguistic backgrounds. Multimedia Producer

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Producer who can produce engaging visual and digital content for news, features, and social media platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit videos, graphics, photos, and other multimedia materials

• Assist in producing content for social media, website, and special coverage

• Coordinate with writers, editors, and reporters for visual storytelling

• Ensure all multimedia content follows Paraluman News’ editorial standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in video editing, photography, graphic design, or digital content production

• Knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines

• Background in journalism or media production is an advantage

SEO Expert
 

We are hiring an SEO Expert who can help improve the visibility, reach, and search performance of Paraluman News online.

​

Responsibilities:

• Optimize articles, headlines, keywords, tags, and metadata

• Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and content performance

• Recommend SEO strategies to increase organic reach

• Work with editors and writers to make stories search-friendly without compromising journalistic quality

​

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms

• Strong understanding of digital publishing and online audience behavior

• Experience in news or media SEO is an advantage

Administrative Assistant

​

We are looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Paraluman News.

​

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, schedules, files, and internal communications

• Assist with coordination between departments

• Support documentation, reports, and office-related concerns

• Help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

​

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in email, document preparation, spreadsheets, and basic office tools

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Previous administrative experience is preferred

Marketing Head for Advertisements

​

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Head for Advertisements to lead advertising partnerships and revenue opportunities for Paraluman News.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage advertising strategies and client partnerships

• Identify potential advertisers, sponsors, and business opportunities

• Prepare advertising proposals, packages, and campaign plans

• Coordinate with the editorial and creative teams for approved advertising placements

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or business development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

• Ability to create marketing plans and meet revenue targets

• Experience in media, publishing, or digital advertising is an advantage

Junior Editor

 

We are hiring a Junior Editor to assist in reviewing, refining, and preparing news and feature stories for publication.

​

Responsibilities:

• Edit articles for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and style

• Assist senior editors in preparing content for publication

• Check facts, headlines, captions, and formatting

• Ensure stories follow Paraluman News’ editorial guidelines

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Good understanding of journalism ethics and news writing

• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadline pressure

• Experience in campus journalism, newsroom work, or digital publishing is an advantage
