A community built on respect and courage

Paraluman Spaces are places to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and engage with the issues shaping how we live. Rooted in our commitment to challenging power and amplifying unheard voices, these spaces encourage dialogue that is open, thoughtful, and grounded in respect—even when conversations are difficult or uncomfortable.
 

To help keep Paraluman Spaces safe, inclusive, and constructive for everyone, we ask all participants to follow these community guidelines.

1. Practice courtesy first

Engage others with the same consideration you expect in return. Differences of opinion are welcome; ridicule, provocation, or contempt are not.
 

2. Zero tolerance for abuse or hostility

Our community brings together people from varied backgrounds and viewpoints. Language or behavior that threatens, demeans, targets identities, or repeatedly attacks individuals will not be permitted.

3. Post with care and accountability

Verify information before sharing, particularly when making serious allegations. Rely on credible sources and avoid circulating unverified claims, manipulated content, or deceptive visuals.

4. Be honest and transparent

Present facts and personal views accurately. Attempts to deceive, distort, or manipulate harm collective trust and may lead to removal.

5. Acknowledge ownership and authorship

Share only content you’re authorized to distribute. When citing others´ work, clearly recognize the original author or source.

6. Safeguard privacy

Respect confidentiality—yours and others’. Do not disclose contact details, addresses, identification, private correspondence, or sensitive data without explicit consent.

7. Stay relevant and constructive

Contribute in ways that add value. Excessive self-promotion, off-topic comments, spam-like behavior, or intentional diversion may be removed.

8. Report concerns promptly

If you encounter material that seems harmful or rule-breaking, submit a report. Your input helps ensure timely and fair action.

9. Accept responsibility for participation

Breaches of these standards may result in notices, deletions, limitations, or account actions including suspension, depending on the seriousness and recurrence.

10. Contribute to continuous improvement

Ideas to enhance Paraluman Spaces are welcome. Support fellow participants, share useful insights, and engage with kindness.

Community stewards oversee Paraluman Spaces, assisted by automated systems. Certain submissions may require review before publication. If your contribution is delayed, it’s likely undergoing a brief assessment. Processing times vary by volume and availability, but reviews are handled as quickly as possible.

We encourage dynamic, thoughtful exchanges without aggression or harm. Free expression is valued, alongside responsibility for its effects. To preserve a positive experience, moderators may remove material that disrupts respectful engagement. Ongoing violations can lead to loss of posting privileges.
