FBI investigating US security official who quit over Iran war — reports
FBI is investigating former U.S. counterterrorism chief Joe Kent for allegedly leaking classified information, a probe that began before his recent resignation over the Iran war, Semafor reports.

Joe Kent, the top U.S. security official who resigned over the war in Iran, is under an FBI investigation for allegedly leaking classified information, Semafor reported on Wednesday citing three sources.
The investigation pre-dates his departure as the head of the National Counterterrorism Center on Tuesday, Semafor added.
