BEIJING- A former general manager of China Huarong International Holdings, Bai Tianhui, was executed on Tuesday for taking bribes totalling 1.1 billion yuan ($155.61 million), state broadcaster CCTV reported.


Bai was sentenced to death by a court in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin in May, 2024.
