Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co tie the knot at the Makati City Hall

Actress Bea Alonzo and businessman Vincent Co have tied the knot in a  civil wedding ceremony at the Makati City Hall. 

Makati Mayor Nancy Binay presided over the ceremony and posted a photo with Bea on social media with the caption, "Coffee w/ coffeemate," and the hashtag #OneMoreChance.

Entertainment journalist and talent manager Ogie Diaz also confirmed the news on his vlog Ogie Diaz TV. "Congratulations Bea Alonso and Vincent Co. Finally, they got married in Makati on July 13 at 7:00 p.m." Ogie said.

Ogie said the private civil wedding ceremony was attended by only a few guests, including the owners of Secosana bags, a Filipijno brand. No immediate family members were present, he said.

"Maganda rin yung tahimik," Ogie said about the simple celebration. He also claimed to have seen both a photo of the ceremony and the couple’s marriage certificate. 

In a statement issued on Tuesday evening, Atty. Joey V. Garcia, the counsel of Bea Alonzo confirmed "that the civil wedding of Ms. Bea Alonzo and Mr. Vincent Co took place yesterday evening at around 7:00 pm."

Atty. Garcia also confirmed that the couple "freely, knowingly and voluntarily executed their prenuptial agreement." He added that both Bea and Vincent signed the prenup "prior to the marriage."

Co is a prominent Filipino businessman and the president of the retail giant Puregold Price Club Inc. He is the eldest son of billionaire business tycoons Lucio and Susan Co.

This news of Bea and Vincent's wedding follows months of speculation about their relationship, including rumors of a canceled wedding in Spain and reports that Bea had unfollowed Vincent on Instagram in June.
