Fresh from her historic Wimbledon campaign, Filipino tennis player Alex Eala had the time of her life when she joined rapper-artist Bad Bunny on the La Casita stage during the Puerto Rican singer’s concert in Stockholm, Sweden.

The 21-year-old shared on social media clips including the one on stage from the Puerto Rican superstar’s concert at Strawberry Arena on July 10 and 11.

Eala also posted a video of herself enjoying the show, captioning it with lyrics from Bad Bunny’s song "BAILE INoLVIDABLE": “Mientras uno está vivo, uno debe amar lo más que pueda.”

The concert is part of Bad Bunny’s "DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS" world tour, named after his sixth studio album, which translates to English as “I should have taken more photos.”

Filipino celebrities including Isabelle Daza, Denise Laurel, Janno Gibbs, and Eugene Domingo left supportive comments and emojis on her posts.

Bad Bunny is known for hit songs such as "Tití Me Preguntó," "Me Porto Bonito," "Dákiti," "Safaera," “NUEVAYoL” and "Yo Perreo Sola." He also headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show last February in California, becoming one of the event’s most-watched performers.

The concert came after Eala’s breakthrough run at Wimbledon, where she reached the Round of 16 and made Philippine tennis history. She became the first Filipina to be seeded in a Grand Slam (No. 29), the first Filipina to win a Wimbledon main-draw match, and the first to reach both the fourth round of a Grand Slam.

Her performance also lifted her to a career-high WTA singles ranking of 28, the highest ever achieved by a Filipina player.

On Monday, July 13, Eala attended a homecoming reception at Malacañang, where President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. presented her with a Presidential Citation in recognition of her Wimbledon breakthrough.

Eala vowed to continue representing the country with pride on the international stage.  She will also meet supporters at upcoming fan meet events.
