Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 30 points to help the Oklahoma City Thunder extend their winning streak to four with a 114-75 win over the visiting Washington Wizards on Saturday.
The Wizards have dropped three consecutive games and five of their last seven.
Washington's 75 points were its fewest in a game since the 2017-18 season.
For the second time in as many days, Gilgeous-Alexander was able to sit for the entire fourth quarter as the Thunder did enough to put the game away going into the final 12 minutes.
Oklahoma City is now 5-2 since starters Chet Holmgren, Jalen Williams, and Cason Wallace suffered long-term injuries in the same game Oct. 25.
The Thunder's defense set the tone throughout, holding Washington below 30% from the field.
Washington's 29.6% shooting from the field was its lowest since December 2017.
Oklahoma City began to take control late in the first quarter, finishing off the frame with a 10-3 run to turn a 16-15 deficit into a 25-19 lead.
Gilgeous-Alexander hit a step-back jumper then attacked the basket for a layup to start the run.
The Thunder kept building the lead early in the second quarter with a 16-4 surge to stretch their lead to 18 with Gilgeous-Alexander on the bench.
Ajay Mitchell and Jared McCain combined to score Oklahoma City's first 16 points of the second quarter.
Late in the second quarter, Washington's DeAndre Ayton left the game with a lower-leg injury and did not return.
The Wizards briefly cut the deficit to 14 early in the third quarter as they made a bid to get back into the game, but a quick 10-2 burst with six points from Gilgeous-Alexander put the game out of reach for good.
McCain finished with 19 points off the bench, and Isaiah Hartenstein had 14 rebounds.
Rookie Aday Mara, making just his second start, finished with a season-high 18 points on 8-of-10 shooting, and contributed eight rebounds.
AJ Dybantsa led Washington with 19 points. Trae Young, playing his first game in his home state since being traded to the Wizards last season, finished with just four points on 1-of-6 shooting.
Anthony Davis, who leads Washington with 23.4 points per game, did not play due to an ankle injury.
The Thunder have won nine consecutive meetings between the teams.
