PRC: iACADEMY grads take top 2 spots in April 2026 real estate brokers exam
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 1,863 out of 2,296 examinees passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, with results released just three working days after the exam. Leading the passers is Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista, who topped the board with a 94.00% rating.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said two graduates of iACADEMY took the top spots in the April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination.
The PRC said Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista of Iacademy, Inc. (formerly Information And Communications Tech Academy) topped the exam with a rating of 94.00%.
Jessica Lyn Toledo of Mupas-Buhain Iacademy, Inc. placed second with a rating of 93.00%.
Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum Of Alabang (for. Ncst) placed third with a rating of 92.75%.
The PRC said 1,863 out of 2,296 examinees passed the exam.
