The Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) said the Christmas break for Filipino students in public and private schools will begin on December 20 and end on January 4, 2026.

The holiday break for Philippine students is covered by DepEd Order No. 12 series of 2025.

"The holiday break occurs during the last two weeks of December, with classes resuming within the first week of January of the following year," the DepEd said.

Some Philippine schools, however, have a longer Christmas break. For Brent International School Manila, the Christmas break is from December 20 to January 11, 2026.
