Tobey Maguire, Jennifer Meyer close to finalizing divorce

"Spider-Man" actor Tobey Maguire and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer are  close to finalizing their divorce, almost 10 years after they separated.

According to People, Meyer, 49, said in court documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Sept. 18 that the she and Maguire, 51, have agreed to dissolve their marital status. The agreement now only requires a judge’s final signature.

The remaining financial matters are still being worked out. The former couple, who have a prenuptial agreement, have agreed to use a private judge to resolve any outstanding disputes and help divide their assets as they finalize a broader settlement.

Maguire and Meyer married in 2007 and announced their separation in 2016 after nearly a decade of marriage. Meyer filed for divorce in October 2020.

The former couple share two children, daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17. Despite the lengthy divorce proceedings, they have remained on good terms and continue to co-parent peacefully.

Meyer is now engaged to Geoffrey Ogunlesi, an entertainment and music management executive. The couple began dating in 2023 and announced their engagement in 2024. In a Father’s Day Instagram post in June, Meyer confirmed that she had welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, in May 2026, making her a mother of three.

Maguire, meanwhile, has been linked to 20-year-old model and influencer Mishka Silva. The two sparked romance rumors after they were spotted sitting together in a private box at Levi’s Stadium during the 2026 Super Bowl.

Despite moving forward with their separate relationships, Maguire and Meyer have remained  supportive of each other as they work toward officially ending their marriage.
