Thai stars PondPhuwin to Hold ‘Rendezvous’ Fancon in Manila

Thai actors Pond Naravit Lertratkosum and Phuwin Tangsakyuen, known as the fan-favorite duo PondPhuwin, are set to return to Manila for another fan event.

The stars will hold the “PONDPHUWIN ‘RENDEZVOUS’ FANCON IN MANILA” on August 2 at 3 p.m. at the New Frontier Theater. 

“Get ready for exciting stages and special performances from the duo,” local promoter CDM shared.

The event marks their second visit to the Philippines to meet Filipino fans, following their intimate fan meeting in 2024 as part of GMMTV’s Fan Day 13.

Tickets are priced from ₱4,000 to ₱16,500, with seating options ranging from Balcony to MVP. Sales officially opened on May 30.

Among GMMTV’s biggest couple pairings (CPs), PondPhuwin  first won over audiences as leads in the successful 2021 BL (Boys’ Love) series “Fish Upon the Sky.” They have since reunited for the series “Never Let Me Go,” “We Are,” and most recently, “Me and Thee.”

Individually, both actors have built thriving careers. Pond, 25, is a member of the boy group JASP.ER, where he performs as a rapper and vocalist.

Phuwin, meanwhile, has expanded beyond television. The 22-year-old actor voiced Hiccup in the Thai-dubbed version of “How to Train Your Dragon” and has released solo tracks under Riser Music. He is currently filming as Prince Fah Ham in the historical fantasy series “Scarlet Heart Thailand,” adapted from Tong Hua’s acclaimed Chinese novel “Bu Bu Jing Xin.”
