Korean celebrity couple Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon are expecting child number two.

Park’s agency, SALT Entertainment, announced on Tuesday, April 14, that the actress “is pregnant with her second child” and is expected to give birth this fall, per Soompi. The agency also asked fans for their warm support for the couple’s personal milestone.

Park, 36, and Choi, 34, tied the knot in January 2022 after four years of dating. They welcomed their first son later in May of the same year.

Park first debuted in 2003 and gained early attention for her breakout role as the young Jeong-seo (Choi Ji-woo) in the series "Stairway to Heaven." She later became widely recognized for hit dramas like “The Heirs,” “You’re Beautiful,” and “Pinocchio.” She also starred in popular films such as “Miracle in Cell No. 7,”  "#Alive," and “The Call.”

Choi began acting in 2001 as a child actor in the drama “Piano.” He has since appeared in series like “Missing 9,” “Suspicious Partner,” and “So I Married My Anti-Fan.”

Although the two have both led popular Korean romance series, they have never appeared together in lead roles, though they made cameos in "The King of Dramas."

Both have remained active in their careers after marriage. Park returned with the romance drama "Doctor Slump," followed by "The Judge from Hell" and "Undercover Miss Hong," which recently ended its run. Choi’s latest project is "Iron Family."

The couple keep their relationship private, choosing not to share photos of their son or of themselves. Most of their Instagram posts consist of work-related updates and photos, which they share to keep fans updated on their activities as actors.
