P-pop girl group KAIA is set to bring Filipino music to South Korea as they make another appearance at the ROUND Music Festival on November 7-8 at Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon.

In a recent announcement shared across the group’s official social media platforms, KAIA confirmed their participation in the upcoming ASEAN-Korea Music Festival.

“We’re raising the Philippine flag once again at the ASEAN-Korea Music Festival ROUND in Korea 2026!” the group shared. “We can’t wait to bring the KAIA experience, Filipino talent, and OPM to the ROUND stage.”

Their 2025 music video for “Tanga” was also featured in the ROUND Festival’s announcement of their participation.

The upcoming appearance marks another chapter in KAIA’s history with ROUND. The five-member group—Angela, Charice, Alexa, Sophia, and Charlotte—was previously part of the lineup for 2024 ROUND Festival in Laos. Earlier this year, they returned to the festival for its Manila event at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

At the festival, KAIA joined fellow P-pop groups HORI7ON and 1ST. ONE for the “Project P-Pop: Rising” stage, performing “Sulong,” a collaborative track created specifically for ROUND to showcase the growing presence of P-pop.

Presented by KBS WORLD and supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund, the annual ROUND Music Festival promotes cultural exchange between South Korea and ASEAN countries through music and the arts.

Since making their official debut with “Blah Blah” in April 2022, following their pre-debut single “KAYA,” KAIA has continued to expand its audience beyond the Philippines.

More recently, the group released the single “Hulog” and gained renewed online attention following their trending Backyard Live performance, which featured a cover mashup of “Takedown,” from the soundtrack of the 2025  animated film “KPop Demon Hunters,” with their own song “You Did It.”

The group has also been steadily taking its music beyond the Philippines. In February 2025, KAIA became the first P-pop act to perform at the Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival in India. They later performed at the NBA Rising Stars Invitational in Singapore in June 2026 and are set to perform at the 21st edition of Music Matters Live this October.

Meanwhile, Filipino singer-songwriter TJ Monterde was also announced as one of the Filipino artists joining the upcoming festival. His latest release, “Teka Lang,” was featured in the ROUND Festival’s announcement.
