Jennylyn Mercado shuts down the noise, shares proud moment with daughter Dylan

Despite the noise around the resurfaced issue between Jennylyn Mercado and her ex-boyfriend, actor Patrick Garcia, the actress appears to be keeping her focus on her family and personal life.

The actress has chosen not to engage in the issue, previously saying that she would not respond to or encourage interviews about her past with Patrick. Her agency also appealed to the public to refrain from directing hate or bashing toward Patrick’s family, particularly his daughter, Michelle.

Amid the ongoing buzz, Jennylyn recently shared a series of photos of her 4-year-old daughter, Dylan Jayde.

In the photos uploaded on Monday, Oct. 5, Dylan can be seen painting on a canvas. Although the finished artwork was not shown, the photos captured the little girl enjoying the activity.

Keeping her caption short and sweet, Jennylyn wrote, “A canvas filled with wonder by my little artist,” referring to Dylan as her “little artist.” 

In the comment section, Jennylyn also greeted her followers, writing, “Happy Monday mga beshies ko!” along with a heart emoji.

Many of her friends and followers  also left sweet and positive comments about Dylan. One commenter wrote, “Ang cute at talented, baby Dylan,” while another said, “Welcome to the club of a left-handed baby girl, born to be an artist.” Others praised the little girl’s creativity and pointed out her resemblance to both Jennylyn and Dennis.

Dylan is Jennylyn’s daughter with actor Dennis Trillo. She was born in April 2022, following the couple’s intimate civil wedding in November 2021.

Over the years, Jennylyn, 39, and Dennis, 45, have shared various family moments involving Dylan and their other children, sons Calix and Alex Jazz. These have included birthday celebrations, holiday updates, and occasional updates into their everyday lives as their children grow up. Dylan has also appeared in some of the celebrity couple’s endorsement content.
