I Belong to the Zoo holds first major solo concert in October

I Belong to the Zoo is finally bringing its music to a bigger stage as the Filipino indie pop-rock band announces its first-ever major solo concert on October 24 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

Tickets will be available starting July 31 at noon through official TicketNet outlets and the TicketNet website.  Ticket prices range from ₱1,000 to ₱4,000. 

Interestingly, the sections are named after songs from the band's official discography, creating a seat plan the group said feels like "your playlist after 10PM." The seat tiers range from "Masaya" to "Pansamantala."

On its official social media accounts, the band wrote: “Iba’t ibang perks para sa iba’t ibang level ng relapse.”

Fans who choose the “Never Me” seat, priced at ₱3,600, will get a soundcheck experience and a guitar pick, while those who purchase the “Pansamantala” seat priced at ₱4,000 will receive a soundcheck experience, a photo opportunity (groups of 10), and a cap.

The upcoming show marks I Belong to the Zoo’s first major solo concert since their debut in 2017.

Recently, the band released their latest album “Always Here,” which features 12 tracks including “Dalawampung Taon,” “Hatinggabi,” and “Limot.” They also released their newest collaboration single, “Kalimutan Mo Na Lang,” with Pop Rock Royalty Yeng Constantino.

I Belong to the Zoo is composed of Argee Guerrero (lead vocals, guitars), Simon Clariza (guitars), Lee De Veyra (guitars), Gere Guerrero (bass), and Paolo Owyong (drums).

The band is known for OPM hits such as "Sana" and "Balang Araw," as well as "Patawad, Paalam," their collaboration with award-winning singer Moira Dela Torre.
