Heart Evangelista, John Prats revive ‘My First Romance’ memories with duet

Heart Evangelista reunited with former reel- and real-life partner John Prats at a recent party, where they jammed together and performed a duet with actor-singer Sam Milby. Isabel Oli, John's wife, was also spotted enjoying the gathering.

Moments from the party were shared on Heart's Instagram Stories, while John also posted snaps from their get-together.

One of the night's highlights was Heart and John performing Jose Mari Chan's "Please Be Careful of My Heart," the theme song of their 2003 romance film “My First Romance.” 

Isabel  also joined the celebration and appeared completely at ease with the longtime, close friendship between her husband and Heart. Heart even shared a video of Isabel singing Madonna’s “Crazy For You” on her Instagram stories, and the two were also seen smiling together in photos.

Heart and John also recently teamed up for a photoshoot organized by Heart herself. In an eight-minute Instagram Reel, the actress-host gave followers a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot, showing her team styling John through multiple outfit changes. The former "loveteam" also posed in coordinated outfits, made heart-hand signs, and shared playful moments for fans. 

Heart continues to shine in the fashion world, gracing the cover of Harper's Bazaar Singapore's August 2026 issue. The global fashion and style icon spoke about choosing her own path, saying, “I can't please everyone, so I have to chart my own path.” 

The feature also highlights Heart's longstanding relationship with the magazine's editor-in-chief, Kenneth Goh. In 2025, she became Harper's Bazaar Singapore's first guest editor.
