Filipino actress and style icon Heart Evangelista has always been in front of the camera, but for just one day, she dons a staff shirt and ID and steps behind the lens to join director John Prats’ production team for a day.

During rehearsals for Yeng Constantino’s “Biyaheng Bente” concert, Heart was spotted backstage in staff get-up. The 41-year-old observed the preparations and got a firsthand look at the work that goes into putting a concert together.

John, 42, shared photos from the rehearsal on Instagram, welcoming Heart to his side of the industry.

“Hearty tried to explore my world for a day. From being in front of the camera to seeing what happens behind it, welcome to the director’s side, Missy,” he wrote. Heart appeared to enjoy the experience, simply commenting, “Favorite,” on John’s post.

John’s management agency, Cornerstone Entertainment, also shared several photos of the two looking happy as they worked together. The post also included a photo of them with singer Yeng Constantino.

The photos were taken during preparations for Day 3 of Yeng’s “Biyaheng Bente” concert, which will be on November 17 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. John serves as the concert’s director, having also helmed its first and second days.

In a separate post, Cornerstone Entertainment gave fans a glimpse of Heart’s day behind the scenes through a video featuring her and John as they worked together backstage.

“Nabitin ba kayo sa kilig? Wag kayong mag-alala, ito na talaga ‘yun…” the agency teased in its caption.

The video showed Heart and John enjoying their time together backstage, with TJ Monterde’s “Teka Lang” playing in the background. The two recently appeared together in the music video of the song.

The latest video ended with a “coming soon” teaser, hinting that there may be more to their renewed collaboration.

Heart and John’s latest reunion comes after their nostalgic on-screen appearance on Heart's reality series “Heart World,” along with their recent hangouts at special occasions and events.
