Dingdong Dantes returns to host 'The Voice Kids' Season 3

Dingdong Dantes is set to light up the stage once again as the main host for the upcoming third season of The Voice Kids on GMA Network.

“He is back! Dingdong Dantes returns as your host for The Voice Kids Season 3!” the show’s official page announced, confirming the veteran actor’s comeback.

Dantes, 45, first took the helm when the global singing franchise transitioned to GMA Network in 2024. His return solidifies his role as the face of the competition under its new home network.

Joining him for the new season is a refreshed lineup of superstar coaches, officially unveiled on July 16. Returning coach and "Asia’s Limitless Star" Julie Anne San Jose will be joined by two new powerhouses: Pop-Rock Royalty Yeng Constantino and OPM rap icon Gloc-9.

While the coaching panel is set, the identity of the "journey host"—who will walk alongside the young talents to capture their emotional backstories—remains strictly under wraps, with an announcement expected soon.

Season 3 aims to build on the success of its predecessor, which crowned 14-year-old Sofia Mallares as the grand winner under the mentorship of singer-songwriter Zack Tabudlo. That edition also featured hitmakers Paolo and Miguel of Ben&Ben, as well as Billy Crawford, in the iconic red chairs.

Originally launching on ABS-CBN in 2014—with Luis Manzano as its inaugural host—the franchise aired five seasons before migrating to GMA Network.

Beyond his hosting duties, Dantes continues a packed schedule, starring in the ongoing series The Master Cutter and gearing up for his upcoming film Remember, alongside wife Marian Rivera.
