Baron Geisler, wife Jamie reflect on their relationship at couples’ retreat

Baron Geisler and his wife, Jamie Evangelista, recently went to a couples’ retreat, with the actor sharing photos and videos from the event on social media amid speculation on the state of their marriage.

On Friday, October 16, the 44-year-old posted glimpses of the retreat on Facebook, along with a heartfelt message about healing, forgiveness, and staying committed through difficult times.

“Marriage is not always easy. There will be seasons of joy and seasons of challenges, moments of understanding and moments when we struggle to understand each other,” Baron wrote. 

He added that love is more than a feeling, describing it as a daily choice “to listen, to forgive, to be patient, and to keep showing up for one another.”

Baron described the retreat as a chance to “pause, reconnect, heal where healing is needed, and remember the love and commitment that brought us together.” 

He also prayed for their marriage, asking God to “strengthen our marriage, restore what needs restoring, and teach us both to love each other with grace, humility, and understanding.”

“Through thick and thin, may we continue choosing each other, walking together, and keeping God at the center of our marriage.”

He ended his message by quoting Matthew 19:6: “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”

Their appearance together comes months after social media posts of Jamie raised questions about their marriage.

In July, Jamie urged Baron to seek "drug rehabilitation" in a comment on one of his Instagram posts. Speculation continued in September when netizens noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

That same month, Jamie posted a question on Threads about whether a married employer should share a bed with a household helper or personal assistant. Although she did not name anyone, some netizens speculated that she was referring to Baron. She later deleted the post, but screenshots circulated online.

Baron’s latest post drew supportive reactions online, with some expressing hope that the couple would overcome their challenges while others offered prayers for their marriage.
