The “A Festival” in Paris is welcoming its first-ever P-pop performer as ALAMAT is set to take the stage at the Paris Event Center on October 24.
The six-member group was officially announced as one of the performers for “The A Festival,” a two-day event billed as ‘a new vision of Asian entertainment in Europe,” bringing together Asian pop acts, drama stars, creators, culture, and fans.
Scheduled for October 24 and 25, the festival will feature concerts, masterclasses, workshops, artist auditions, interviews, and other activities celebrating Asian entertainment and culture.
ALAMAT was the third artist revealed among the festival's invited guests, with organizers describing the Filipino act as “one of the most distinctive acts in P-pop” as it prepares to make its debut in France.
Envol Production, co-organizer of the event with 5 Oceans Entertainment, also welcomed the group, saying, “On 24 October 2026, ALAMAT will join us in Paris, bringing their music, unforgettable performances and the vibrant spirit of the Philippines to The A Festival.”
The co-organizer added, "ALAMAT brings a fresh vision of Asian pop, seamlessly blending P-pop, hip-hop, R&B and dance with the languages, stories and cultural heritage of the Philippines. The result is a unique musical identity that is proudly Filipino while resonating with audiences around the world."
Also joining the lineup are Jasper, Ironboy and Tobii from Thailand, along with Trendz and Jacob from Korea.
Composed of Jao, Taneo, Mo, Tomás, R-Ji, and Alas, ALAMAT is known for showcasing Filipino culture by incorporating the country's diverse languages into its music.
The P-pop boy group officially debuted in 2021 with the release of its multilingual single "kbye."
In 2025, ALAMAT released the album “Destino,” which features “LuzViMinda,” “Hapag,” and its newest track, "Sinigang." The group is set to release a performance video for “Sinigang” on July 24.
ALAMAT is also known for songs such as “Maharani,” “Day and Night,” “Dayang,” “Dagundong,” and “ABKD.”
Most recently, ALAMAT performed at the 62nd Binibining Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
