TUI is flying customers out of Middle East from today, CEO says
TUI is organizing flights with partner airlines to bring stranded German tourists home from the Middle East amid the ongoing conflict. About 10,000 of its customers are affected, with operations starting today.

German tourism group TUI TUI1n.DE will begin on Tuesday to offer flights back home to customers who stranded in the Middle East because of the military conflict there, its CEO told broadcaster NTV.
Sebastian Ebel said TUI was working with airlines Etihad, Emirates and Qatar Airways, adding that across all tour operators, about 30,000 German tourists were stranded in the region, including about 10,000 of TUI's.
"We expect to carry out the first flights today with these companies to return our guests," said Ebel.
