Taiwan wants balanced US trade, to build a strategic partnership
Taiwan seeks a balanced trade relationship and a stronger strategic partnership with the U.S., following trade talks that led to reduced tariffs on its exports, Vice Premier Cheng Li-chiun said.

Taiwan wants balanced trade with the United States and to build a strategic partnership with the country, Taiwan Vice Premier Cheng Li-chiun said on Tuesday.
Cheng made the comments at a news conference in Taipei following the completion of trade talks last week with the United States, which resulted in the reduction of tariffs on Taiwan's exports to the country.
