South Korea's Media and Communications Commission has fined Google GOOGL.O and Apple AAPL.O for limiting users to specific app payment systems and ordered corrective measures, the panel said on Wednesday.
Google was fined 42.9 billion won ($32.35 million) and Apple 20.8 billion won, the commission said in a statement.
