Russian state oil and gas revenue fell to 393.3 billion roubles ($5.10B) in January, the lowest since July 2020, as lower crude prices and a stronger rouble hit government earnings. This marks a decline from December 2025’s 447.8 billion roubles.

Russian state oil and gas revenue halved in January year on year to a lowest level since July 2020, reaching 393.3 billion roubles ($5.10 billion), finance ministry data showed on Wednesday, due to lower crude prices and a stronger rouble.
The budget revenue was also down last month from 447.8 billion roubles in December 2025.
