Drugmaker AstraZeneca forecasts sales and profit growth in 2026
AstraZeneca expects strong 2026 growth, driven by demand for its cancer and cardiovascular treatments, alongside major expansions in the U.S. and China. The company forecasts mid-to-high single-digit revenue growth and low double-digit core profit growth this year.

AstraZeneca AZN.L on Tuesday forecast profit and sales growth in 2026, betting on demand for its cancer and cardiovascular treatments while the drugmaker pursues massive expansion in the U.S. and China.
The UK's most valuable listed company forecast total revenue to grow by mid-to-high single-digit percentage at constant currency rates this year, with core profit growth of a low double-digit percentage.
In 2025, sales and profit rose 8% and 11%, respectively.
