VP trial: Prosecution asks to change witness lineup after Atty. Matib falls ill

The prosecution asked the impeachment court to allow the replacement of a witness after Private Prosecutor Atty. Erwin Matib, who was supposed to present evidence before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, fell ill.
