Senator Padilla Some PH schools are being used as terrorism breeding grounds

During his interjection, Senator-judge Robin Padilla asked COA auditor Xylene Mae del Campo whether the DepEd Secretary and Vice President Sara Duterte’s Office of the Vice President are still responsible for reports of students allegedly being recruited by the New People’s Army (NPA).
