Sen. Cayetano: I move that we divide the house

Senator Alan Peter Cayetano moved to divide the house and force a vote after declaring a colleague's questions "out of order." Arguing that rule changes should be discussed only after a motion is filed, he added: "Assume good faith from everyone. You do not make that kind of statement here in the Senate."
