Rep. Paolo 'Pulong' Duterte sues NBI chief, media execs over libel, cyberlibel

Davao City 1st District Representative Pulong Duterte has filed libel and cyberlibel complaints against National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag, Rudolfo Gracioco, and several GMA Network personalities over statements he claims are false and intended to malign his reputation.
