Prosecution welcomes dismissal of complaint filed by husband of VP Duterte

House prosecutor Rep. Joel Chua said he was not surprised by the dismissal of the complaint filed by Atty. Mans Carpio against several lawmakers over the release of confidential financial records involving Carpio and Vice President Sara Duterte.
