Press Conference of Senator Jinggoy Estrada

Senator Jinggoy Estrada said he will voluntarily surrender to authorities after the Sandiganbayan’s Fifth Division issued an arrest warrant in connection with a plunder case, while questioning the charges filed against him and rejecting what he described as political pressure.

Estrada also said he would not seek Senate custody and has asked that his salary be placed on hold while the case proceeds.
