Next-gen chipmaking tool arrives at US innovation hub

The first components of ASML's next-generation High NA EUV chipmaking machine have arrived at New York's Albany NanoTech Complex. The $400 million system is expected to play a key role in developing the next generation of advanced semiconductors and strengthen U.S. chip research.
