Kiko Pangilinan - The so-called Blue Ribbon hearing conducted last Thursday was illegal

Sen. Kiko Pangilinan says the hearing involving the 18 alleged ex-Marines was illegal, arguing it was not conducted by a duly authorized Senate committee and therefore lacked proper jurisdiction under Senate rules.
