Dominion moves for Tampakan control

Henry “Big Boy” Sy Jr. and Isidro “Sid” Consunji are betting on the long-delayed Tampakan copper-gold project through Dominion Holdings Inc.’s planned merger with Indophil Resources Phils. Inc. and Sonar Holdings Inc., which together hold the voting rights in Sagittarius Mines Inc.
