Former congressman Mike Defensor vowed to continue exposing the alleged flood control scandal, insisting that the truth must come out. He also warned that the former bagmen behind the allegations may no longer get the chance to speak publicly and raised concerns over a possible leadership change in the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee ahead of Congress’ special session on June 17.
