Bolivia celebrates San Roque festival with dog races

Bolivians celebrated the Festival of San Roque on Sunday (August 16), honouring the patron saint of dogs with colourful costumes, a "Perroton" race and blessings for pets in La Paz. The annual tradition also shines a light on Bolivia's stray dog crisis.
