Auditor claims OVP did not submit supporting documents for P82 million aid projects

Prosecution witness Roderick Wamil confirmed that the Office of the Vice President did not submit any supporting documents for the ₱42 million used for the agency's medical and food aid during the first quarter of 2023, as well as the ₱40 million allocated for the second quarter.
