SANTA CLARA, Calif. — The New England Patriots will have linebackers Harold Landry (knee) and Robert Spillane (ankle) available for Super Bowl LX after neither appeared on the team’s inactive list before kickoff Sunday.
Landry’s return is a major boost for the Patriots, who missed his presence during the AFC Championship Game win over the Denver Broncos. The linebacker recorded 8.5 sacks during the regular season. Both Landry and Spillane were listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
The Patriots’ inactives for the game include wide receiver Efton Chism, tight end C.J. Dippre, offensive tackle Marcus Bryant, guard Caedan Wallace, outside linebacker Bradyn Swinson, and cornerback Kobee Minor. Quarterback Tommy DeVito is also inactive but will serve as New England’s emergency third quarterback.
Seattle ruled out fullback Robbie Ouzts (neck) for Sunday’s game. The Seahawks’ other inactives are tight end Nick Kallerup, offensive lineman Mason Richman, linebackers Chazz Surratt and Jared Ivey, and nose tackle Brandon Pili. Quarterback Jalen Milroe is on the list as Seattle’s emergency third quarterback.
