The Miami Dolphins have added a new member to their offensive staff, hiring Kevin Patullo as passing game coordinator. Patullo joins the Dolphins after a one-season stint as Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator, which ended with a staff reset, according to an NFL Network report.

In Miami, Patullo will work under first-year head coach Jeff Hafley and newly promoted offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik. His primary role will focus on developing the weekly passing plan and helping with player development, rather than overseeing the entire offense.

Patullo spent one season as Philadelphia’s offensive coordinator, a year in which the team’s offense struggled. The Eagles ranked 19th in scoring, 23rd in passing yards, 18th in rushing yards, and 24th in third-down efficiency—a significant decline from the previous season under Kellen Moore.

Philadelphia kept Patullo as the primary play-caller throughout the season but decided to make a change following a wild-card loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Patullo had previously served as a key assistant under Nick Sirianni, holding the roles of passing game coordinator and associate head coach from 2021 to 2024. The Eagles moved quickly to fill the coordinator opening, naming Sean Mannion as their new offensive coordinator on Jan. 29.
