The Chicago Cubs extended their hot streak to seven games on Tuesday with a 7-4 win over the Philadelphia Phillies at home. Shota Imanaga dominated the mound, tossing seven innings of one-run ball, allowing just three hits, striking out one, and walking one. This victory marks the Cubs' seventh consecutive win, as they continue their impressive run. Seiya Suzuki and Nico Hoerner each contributed with a homer, while Michael Busch drove in two runs.

Jesus Luzardo started for the Phillies, pitching 4 2/3 innings, giving up one run on five hits, but his bullpen failed to hold the line. Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber both homered for the Phillies, but their losing streak extended to seven games.

In other action, the New York Yankees shut out the Boston Red Sox 4-0, with Giancarlo Stanton leading the way with a solo home run and a two-run double. Luis Gil (1-1) earned the win after pitching into the seventh inning. Boston, still struggling offensively, has now scored three runs or fewer in 12 of their 23 games this season.

The San Francisco Giants got off to a strong start in their series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, winning 3-1. Landen Roupp was stellar, allowing just one run in five innings. Rafael Devers and Jung Hoo Lee each drove in runs in the first inning, which would prove enough for the Giants' pitching staff to hold the Dodgers at bay.

The Washington Nationals put an end to the Atlanta Braves' six-game winning streak with an 11-4 victory. Luis Garcia Jr. went 4-for-5 with three RBIs, while Curtis Mead's three-run homer highlighted the Nationals' offense. Foster Griffin (3-0) tossed six solid innings for the win.

In Cincinnati, Elly De La Cruz continued to shine, hitting two home runs and driving in five runs as the Reds defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 12-6. Chase Burns (2-1) earned the win after limiting the Rays to two runs over 5 2/3 innings. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Twins rallied from a 3-0 deficit to beat the New York Mets 5-3, with Byron Buxton contributing a two-run homer.

The White Sox dominated the Arizona Diamondbacks 11-5, as Munetaka Murakami homered for the fourth straight game and Colson Montgomery extended his home run streak to three games. Sean Burke (1-2) pitched six strong innings to secure the win.

Nathan Church’s two-run homer and Alec Burleson’s pair of RBIs led the St. Louis Cardinals to a 5-3 victory over the Miami Marlins, while Cleveland Guardians rallied for an 8-5 win over the Houston Astros. Rookie Chase DeLauter delivered a three-run triple in a six-run eighth inning, and Peyton Pallette (1-1) picked up his first career win.

Milwaukee’s Brice Turang had a big night, driving in four runs as the Brewers defeated the Detroit Tigers 12-4. Meanwhile, the Kansas City Royals snapped their eight-game losing streak with a dramatic 6-5 victory over the Baltimore Orioles, aided by a wild pitch in the ninth inning.

The Texas Rangers also had success at home, winning 5-1 over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Kumar Rocker (1-1) was stellar on the mound, pitching six innings of one-run ball. The San Diego Padres eked out a 1-0 victory over the Colorado Rockies, with Randy Vasquez tossing seven scoreless innings.

Elsewhere, the Oakland Athletics clinched a series win over the Seattle Mariners with a 5-2 victory, and the Toronto Blue Jays rallied for a 4-2 win against the Los Angeles Angels, thanks to a pinch-hit two-run double by Lenyn Sosa.

Stay tuned for more exciting MLB action as teams continue to battle it out on the diamond!
