Senator Christopher "Bong" Go is the top choice for vice president in the 2028 elections, according to the latest Pulse Asia survey released Wednesday.
The nationwide "Ulat ng Bayan" poll, conducted from June 28 to July 6 among 2,400 adult respondents, showed Go receiving 27% voter preference in the hypothetical vice presidential race.
Senator Robinhood Padilla placed second with 21%, followed by Senator Bam Aquino and former Senator Grace Poe, who tied at 14%.
Senator Erwin Tulfo received 9%, while Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan garnered 4%. Metropolitan Manila Development Authority General Manager Nicolas Torre obtained 0.5%.
Go's strongest showing came from Mindanao, where he posted 47%, followed by the Visayas at 30%, Metro Manila at 21%, and Balance Luzon at 17%.
Padilla likewise drew his biggest support from Mindanao with 38%, while he received 17% each in the Visayas and Balance Luzon and 10% in Metro Manila.
