India's opposition party says contentious cyber safety app a 'clear breach of privacy'

India's main opposition Congress party asked the upper house of parliament on Wednesday for permission to discuss issues related to the contentious cyber safety app, saying the order is a "clear breach of privacy of every smartphone/cell phone user".
