It is essential to work to ensure the war in Iran is brought to an end as quickly as possible and with a clear plan, a German government spokesperson said on Wednesday.
The remarks came as Israeli air strikes hit central Beirut. The U.S.-Israeli war against Iran shows no sign of de-escalation nearly three weeks into the conflict.
