I use my platform to champion disability representation, inclusive arts practice, and community-led environmental advocacy through my work as a dancer, choreographer, educator, consultant, activist, and emerging marine conservation advocate.

About Paulina Porwollik
Paulina Porwollik is a London-based contemporary dancer, choreographer, model, educator, inclusivity consultant, and disability activist whose work spans international stages, screens, and creative platforms. A passionate advocate for limb-difference representation, she has built a dynamic dance career across the UK, Europe, and beyond, collaborating with organisations including Candoco Dance Company, National Dance Company Wales, Rambert School, the Royal Opera House London, Scottish Dance Theatre, Esplanade Singapore, No Limits Arts Festival Hong Kong, Build Initiative Foundation Inc, and the National Paralympic Heritage Trust.
Through performances, talks, consultancy, residencies, and international engagements, Paulina champions disability rights and equitable access to the arts. Her advocacy and consultancy work has taken her to platforms including Virginia Tech University in the United States and No Limits Arts Festival in Hong Kong.
As an Artistic Advisor and Consultant, she has helped reshape and strengthen access structures for organisations including Candoco Dance Company and National Dance Company Wales, supporting more inclusive practices across professional dance environments.
Following a visit to the Philippines in 2024, Paulina has also begun working in marine conservation, coral reef rehabilitation, and ecotourism.
