I enjoy working on places that bring together great living environments, memorable visitor experiences, and long-term thinking. My focus is on integrated residential and mixed-use developments with a clear identity and lasting value.

About Daria Menyushina
Daria Menyushina is a destination development and strategy professional specializing in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. With more than 16 years of international experience, she has advised on complex development programs across the Middle East, Europe, and Russia. Over the past seven years, her work has focused on some of the Middle East's most ambitious destination and giga-project developments, helping shape development strategies, spatial frameworks, master planning approaches, destination positioning, and long-term growth strategies.
Holding two master's degrees, most recently an Executive MSc in Cities from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Daria focuses on the intersection of master planning, spatial strategy, and economic development. Her work explores how spatial strategy and destination planning can create places that are economically sustainable, attractive to visitors, and livable for communities.
Outside of her professional work, Daria is passionate about exploring cities and cultures around the world. She is particularly interested in urban anthropology, the ways people interact with places, and capturing city memories and cultural narratives through film photography.
