Russian glide bombs kill two in Ukraine, regional governor says

Russian glide bombs struck the southeastern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia on Tuesday, killing two people and injuring at least 15 others, according to Regional Governor Ivan Fedorov.

Fedorov, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said Russian forces launched seven glide bombs over a 90-minute period, hitting multiple areas of the city, which has been a frequent target of aerial attacks during the war.

Footage from Reuters Television showed emergency responders carrying injured residents to safety and directing hoses at burning buildings as firefighters worked to contain the damage.
